Met M34 – naar Melsensstraat 34, adres van het hoofdbureau van Open Vld - doet Open Vld een participatief experiment. Uit 300 kandidaten werd door een extern bureau een dertigtal deelnemers geselecteerd – zowel Open Vld Leden als niet-leden. Zij formuleren oplossingen op uitdagingen in energie.
