1. SUBJECT MATTER SPECIALIST Qualification: Essential 01. Master's Degree in relevant subject with at least 55% marks (or its equivalent grade 6.50 in

10.00 scale) from any recognized University with good academic record. Desirable:-01. Experience in Teaching/Research/Extension education. 02. Evidence of contribution to Teaching/Research/Extension education as supported by

published work/innovations. Good academic record:-

0 I. Good academic record means a candidate applying for the post shall have (i) Second Class Master's Degree (55% and above). (ii) Second class Bachelor's degree (55% and above). (ii i) No third Division in entire career from Higher Secondary and onwards.

2. PROGRAMME ASSIST ANT Qualification: Essential

Master's Degree in concerned subject with atleast 55% marks (or its equivalent grade 2.75/4.00 OCGA or 6.50 in 10.00 scale) from any recognized Univers ity with good academic record.

Good academic record: -Good academic record means a candidate applying for respective post shal l have (i) Second Class

Master's Degree (55% and above). (ii) Second class Bachelor' s degree (55% and above). (iii) No third Division in entire career from Higher Secondary and onwards. Age Limit for all posts-

The applicant's age shal l not be more than 35 years for the post of Subject Matter Specialist/Programme Assistant. Upper age limit shall be determined as on the last date of submission ~f online application. Relaxation in upper age limit for ST, SC, OBC and women candidates (bonaftde resident of Chhattisgarh only) will be provided as per C.G. Govt. Rules. Note:-(i) There will be no age bar for the employees/officers of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur working

in regular services. (ii) The Permanent/temporary/contractual employees of government of Chhattisgarh or any undertaking of

government of Chhattisgarh wi ll be entitled for age relaxation as per government rules. (iii) As per the order of Govt. ofChhattisgarh, Department of General Administration, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan,

Naya Raipur vide No. F 3-2/2015/ 1-3 Dated : 30.01.201 9 the upper age limit for the bonafide resident of Chhattisgarh will be 40 years for a ll categories. However the age should not be above 45 years including all relaxations.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

0 1. Reservation for ST/SC/OBC/EWS candidates shall be available as per the Chhattisgarh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon ke Liye Arakshan) Sanshodhan Niyam 2011, 20 12. The applicant under Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and Other Backward C lass category should be a bonafide resident of Chhattisgarh and should be a member of Schedule caste/Schedule tribe/Other backward Class which have been included in the list of respective category as notified from time-to-time for Chhattisgarh State.

02. Candidate from Other Backward C lass category should upload as well as produce at the time of interview the "non creamy layer certificate" of current year issued by competent authority in the prescribed proforma along with the application form, failing which, the candidates wi ll not be entitled to get the benefit of reserved category.

03 Applicants from reserved category (STISCIOBC) who applied for respective category are required to upload Caste Certificate issued by competent authority failing which their application shall be considered under unreserved category. Applicants appointed on reserved posts wi ll have to submit an undertaking in prescribed format regarding their caste certificate, in case their certificate found illegal or fake, thei r services will be term inated and they will be punished as per law. -

04. 30% reservation will be available for female applicant (bonafide resident of Chhattisgarh only) in each category as per C.G. Govt. Rules.

05. 7% reservation will be available for Person with Disabilities as per rules.

06. Appointment to the post shall be temporary and the selected candidate w ill be kept on probation for two years and their service may be terminated if probation period is not completed successfully.

07. Selected candidates will only be posted in different Krish i Vigyan Kendras of Vishwavidyalaya, located in different districts of Chhattisgarh State. Selected candidate will not be eligible for transfer on the post of Assistant Professor/Scientist in College/Research Stations.

08. Application fee once paid shall not be refunded in any case.

09. Applications not uploaded with copies of certificates, degrees, mark sheets/transcripts in support of academic qualifications and experience shall be rejected.

10. Applicants must have achieved the requisite qualifications and experience on or before last date of application.

11. Persons already in service must apply through proper channel. The candidate can take a print of filled on line form for the purpose and send to the Registrar, IGKV, Raipur through proper channel by registered post without enclosing any document/photocopy/reprints. However to avoid delay, an advance online application alongwith requisite fees and other documents, may be submitted. Please tick appropriately on the online form "ADVANCE COPY". Such applicants must produce NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE and NO ENQUIRY CERTIFICATE from their present employer at the time of interview.

12. University has fixed a scorecard for recruitment on the post of Subject Matter Specialist and Programme Assistant. Applicants are advised to fi ll the online application form carefully according to scorecard. The application without uploading proper certificates/marksheets/transcripts/documents/reprints will not be scored. In-service candidates must upload the experience certificate given by the employer to avai l the marks allotted under experience (IGKV employees may submit experience certificate obtained from their controlling officer).

I3. The applicants shall be required to present themselves before the selection committee, if called for interview, at their own expenses. ST/SC app licants will be allowed traveling a llowance as per Vishwavidyalaya rules.

14. Higher initial start may be granted to deserving applicants on the recommendation of selection committee.

15. The candidate appointed to the post shall be governed by the new pension scheme (NPS) introduced by State Government ofChhattisgarh and adopted by the Vishwavidyalaya.

16. The Vishwavidyalaya reserves the right to increase/decrease or not to fill up any of the post, to fix criteria for calling the candidates for interview and/or not to call any of the appl icants on account of sufficient reasons for interview. No appeal wi ll be accepted/ entertained in this matter and Vishwavidyalaya's decision will be final.

17. The selected candidates sha ll be governed by the Vishwavidyalaya rules and service conditions as amended from time to time.

18. Candidates having more than one wife and female candidate who had married with such a married man already having a wife al ive, shall not be eligible for the Vishwavidyalaya Service. If any information given by the candidate in above condition found incorrect, his/her appointment/selection shall be t erminated without giving any notice.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

0 I. On ly online application through web link igkvmis.cg.nic.in shall be considered. Incomplete online application shall be rejected.

02. Cand idates should provide e-mail address and mobile number on which they want to receive communicat ion .. The candidates may be given directives/ information/call letters etc. through university website and thei r e-mail only. However, the call letter shall be sent through registered post also. No other form of communication wil l be used in further course of action.

03. The candidates are required to online submit/attach the photo copies of all documents, testimonials, certificates, reprints etc. with application. However, in case of publication, full texts need not to be attached. Attach only first page showing the necessary details of publication like title, author(s), date, year of publication and name of Journal/Publisher etc.

04. Candidates are also required to bring a hard copy of online submitted applicati9n form, at the time of interview along with all original documents, testimonials, reprints etc. uploaded online for verification.

05. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment letter, the Vishwavidyalaya reserves the right to modify/withdraw /cancel any communication made to the candidates.

06. Any type of influencing/canvassing wi ll be treated as disqualification.

07. A candidate, furni shing fake or incorrect or false information/documents or suppresses material information, wi ll be disqualified, and/or if appointed, wi ll be liable to dismissal from service without prior notice.

08. The Vishwavidyalaya wi ll not be responsible for any delay on account of problems of software, internet connectivity, payment gateway etc.

09. The required fee is to be deposited on line either through Net Banking I Debit card I Credit card.

10. Vishwavidyalaya has a lso arranged a help line 0771-2443929 for any enquiry regarding advertisement during all working days between 11 :00 am to 04:00 pm.

11. On appointment in any possible event, if the candidate intends to resign, he/she has to furnish 3 (three) month prior notice to the authority, fa iling which, he/she has to deposit 3 (three) months ' salary for acceptance of his/her resignation. Selected candidates wi ll be kept under the two years of probation.

12. In the event of non-availabi lity or avai lability of in-sufficient number of eligible women candidates belonging to any particular category, the vacancies or as the case may be, the remaining vacancies shall be fil led up by the male candidate of that category.

13. The list of Eligible and Not-Eligible candidate will be available at Vishwavidyalaya website www.igau.edu.in. Objections/claims (GTCIT/3fltlftr) regarding eligibility/non eligibility may be submitted through email/oftl ine to Registrar, IGKV, Raipur, alongwith supporting documents within 15 days of uploading of eligibility/non eligibility list. Objections/claims received after due date will not be considered. Final list of Eligible and Not-Eligible candidates will be uploaded on Vishwavidyalaya website www.igau.edu.in.

14. The score of eligible candidates will be uploaded on Vishwavidyalaya website www .igau.edu.in. Objections/claims regarding marks obtained as per scorecard may be submitted through email/oftl ine to Registrar IGKV, Raipur within 15 days of uploading of scores. Objection/claims received after due will not be considered. Final scorecard will be uploaded on Vishwavidyalaya website www. igau.edu.in.

15. Any corrigendum or any further communication regarding the aforesaid advertisement will only be available on the website www.igau.edu.in.
