Incentive behind to create Virtual Organization

    Technical complexity of demanded products

    Constantly changing customer requirements

Constantly changing market requirements Development, production and support

of modern products is highly complex (Risk)

To deliver highest quality product at thelowest possible cost in a timely manner

    A Virtual Firm

A leading maker of computer workstations.

    Concentrates on H/W & S/W design.

    Where it distinguished itself from

    competitors?

It relies so heavily on external

    manufacturers and distributors

After a vendor assembles the machine,

another contract supplier delivers it to the

    customer

    Sun Microsystems, Inc.

    Conclusion

We start the presentation with what is virtualorganization and what types of virtual organizationexist. How these organization do their work andmanage their activities . In the second part of thepresentation we discus the IT infrastructure for thevirtual organization that how we create a good Itinfrastructure for virtual organization. What are the

components of IT infrastructure and what things mustbe in mind in developing IT infrastructure.
