“het leveren op korte termijn van kleine en middelgrote hoeveel-

heden stalen buizen” blijkt aan te slaan. Machinefabrieken,

constructiebedrijven en andere staalverwerkende bedrijven in

Nederland maken veelvuldig gebruik van de diensten van INOSTAAL.

Wij streven ernaar beter, actiever en sneller te zijn dan onze con-

Continuïteit INOSTAAL heeft degelijkheid en betrouwbaarheid altijd voorop staan. Het beleid is steeds gericht op continuïteit. Sinds de oprichting in 1995 mogen wij ons verheugen in uitbreiding van ons klantenbestand en stijgende omzetten.

Kwaliteit INOSTAAL staat voor kwaliteit van het geleverde materiaal. Wij leveren uitsluitend eerste keus buizen van gerenommeerde fabrieken, indien gewenst met fabrieksattest volgens EN10204/3.1.

Leveringsprogramma Bij INOSTAAL kunt u terecht voor uw naadloze en gelaste stalen ronde buizen maar ook voor buisprofielen. We leveren veelal standaardkwaliteiten zoals S235JRH en S355J2H, maar zijn ook sterk in machinestaal 20MnV6 en kogellagerstaal 100Cr6. Fixlengten zijn vrijwel altijd mogelijk. RVS materiaal leveren wij niet.

Leveringen INOSTAAL levert franco op uw adres in Nederland zonder bijkomende vracht- en behandelingskosten. Vrijwel alle vrachtauto’s zijn uitgerust met huiven voorzien van een speciale railconstructie, zodat de producten beschermd zijn tegen weersinvloeden.

Bewerkingen/aanvullende keur Stralen en meniën, buisprofielen onder verstek zagen of eventueel aanvullende keur door bijvoorbeeld Lloyds Register kan extra worden uitgevoerd.

Leveringsvoorwaarden Als lid van de METAALUNIE hanteren wij de METAALUNIEVOORWAARDEN gede-poneerd ter griffie van de Rechtbank in Rotterdam, zoals deze luiden volgens de laatstelijk aldaar neergelegde tekst. Andersluidende voorwaarden wijzen wij af.

Dikwandige stalen buizen

Een van de pijlers van ons leveringsprogramma is dikwandige stalen buis. Die worden vaak gebruikt voor draaiwerk waarbij de binnenzijde schoon gedraaid moet worden. Hierbij zijn de toleranties op uitwendige diameter en wanddikte van belang. Enige uitleg is op zijn plaats.

Als te weinig rekening wordt gehouden met toleranties op uitwendige diameter, wanddikte en rechtheid kan men in de problemen komen. Te vaak rekent men met nominale maten, zonder rekening te houden met toleranties die in de technische leveringsvoorwaarden zijn vastgelegd.

Als voorbeeld nemen wij een buis met de volgende omschrijving Naadloze dikwandige stalen buis volgens EN10210, materiaal S355J2H, in fixlengte (tol -0+10 mm) 1x 500 mm 406,4x25 mm

De technische leveringsvoorwaarden en toleranties zijn volgens EN10210 als volgt:Tolerantie op de uitwendige diameter : +/- 1 procentTolerantie op de wanddikte : +/- 12,5 procent

Om het voorbeeld simpel te houden is geen rekening gehouden met tolerantie op de rechtheid
