– China Development Lab(簡稱CDL）• CSDL (China Software Development Lab) – since 1999• xTDC (xSeries Taiwan Development Center) – since 2004

– 現有北京、上海及台北三處據點– CSDL為IBM全球前五大軟體開發實驗室之一– CSDL協助IBM全球軟體部及其他相關部門成功完成了大量開發和服務的工作

– CSDL是IBM全球軟體部矚目發展迅速的開發中心

– 三處據點目前超過1500位員工– CDL臺北是外商在臺設立最大的研發中心
