    Data was collected using TEMs investigation 10.0.5 with MS1 on 2G and MS2 on 3G

    In this report, GSM / WCDMA RAN performance are described according to differentRF measurements, MS Rx-Level / UE RSCP, MS Rx-Quality / UE EC/NO, RAN KPIslike CDR (Dropped Calls) and Blocked Calls.

    3G OBSERVATION AND RECOMMENDATION

    OBSERVATION:

    1. Poor downlink coverage and quality observed at customers location on 3G.

    2. Customer was observed to be having accessibility problem on 3G.

    3. Faulty gamma link cable on U0453.

    4. Supposed serving site (U0453) did not serve due to persistent Tx alarm and

    GammaLinkFailure alarm on the site.

    5. Limited number of E1 defined on U0453.

    RECOMMENDATION:

    1. Improve coverage at the customers place by resolving persistent Tx alarms on U0453

    and stabilizing the availability of the site. Also increase the number of E1s defined onthe site from 2E1 to 4E1.

    2. Replace faulty gamma link cable on the site.

    2G OBSERVATION AND RECOMMENDATION

    OBSERVATION:

    1. Poor indoor coverage observed at certain areas of the walk test.

    2. Poor indoor quality areas was due to poor coverage also overshooting cell causing missing

    neighbour definition between LG3288B and 453A.

    3. LG3288B and LG2205B overshooting.

    RECOMMENDATION:

    1. Perform audit on 453A to get the antenna orientation, antenna height and antenna tilt.

    Also improve 2G indoor coverage at customer place by performing physical optimizationbased on the audit result.

    2. One degree electrical down tilt on LG3288B and LG2205B.

    CONCLUSION

    Physical optimization on T0453 required with a drive tester to improve the2G indoor coverage at the customers place. Also resolve all issues on

    U0453(3G) as recommended.
