Immediate access to Forex proprietary trading account for a 12 month period

(beginning at time of registration):

Traders can keep their account in demo mode for as long as they choose, before

trading LIVE and entering the GPT advancement program;

While in demo mode, no losses or profits will be recorded on the account;

Advancement program will remain on record;

No platform fees

There are no ongoing trading platform fees and no further ongoing educational costs forthe 12 month period of your Global Prop Trader internship.

Professional Appointment

Continuation within the Global Prop Trader program on completion of your internship isdependent on the trading level achieved. All traders at the professional stage (Level 5 orabove) at end of 12 month period will be offered a full-time trading position.

The Trader Advancement Program will monitor and guide your development as a trader:

Risk Management Controls: The Advancement Program develops professional trading

habits by enforcing tight risk controls at the earliest levels of the program through a

weekly limit of trading losses.

Trader Advancement Process: By monitoring each traders performance consistentprofitability is rewarded with advancement to levels providing wider risk limits and greater

buying power. Consistency in performance is rewarded rather than wild swings in the

profit/loss column, and an average profit of only eight pips per day is all that is needed for

a steady advancement through the program.

Trader Payout Rates: The trader is paid up to 95% of their total trading profits at the

highest level. Traders who continue as proprietary traders for the firm will share profits at

the payout rate of their performance level, up to 95% at the highest levels.

Risk Management Controls

At each performance level, Global Prop Traders will be assigned a maximum position

size, a weekly loss limit, and a minimum weekly target.

Maximum Position Size: This defines the limit for the total size of all open positions.

Weekly Loss Limit: If the Weekly Loss Limit is reached at any point during a weeks

trading, then all open positions will be closed immediately and the account will be

temporarily disabled from further trading for the remainder of the week. Trading records

will also be reviewed to consider returning to the previous performance level until

consistent profits are achieved.

Minimum Weekly Target: This defines the minimum weekly profit target that is used

in determining whether an account qualifies for advancement to the next level. (See

below for further details.)

Trader Advancement Process

In order to advance to the next performance level, a Trader must meet one of the two

following requirements at the end of a trading week:

Achieve the minimum weekly profit target for two consecutive trading weeks; or

Achieve a cumulative profit of two times the minimum weekly target since the last

move to the current level.

After performance level 2, the life time cumulative P/L at the current level must also bepositive in order to qualify for advancement to the next level.

If a Trader has a cumulative draw down equal to twice the minimum weekly profit target

at any level, then their trading records may be reviewed to consider a return to the

previous performance level.

Trader Payout Rates

Traders will be paid 90% of their trading profits throughout the training phase of the

GPT program. Traders continuing at the Professional Stage after that period will be

paid the percentage indicated for their performance level in the Advancement Table,

and that percentage will increase as Traders advance through the levels (see page 15).

Payout % - This defines the percentage of profits paid to the Trader at each

performance level.

Annualized Minimum Target Payout This represents the annual Trader payout that

would be realized if the trader achieved only the minimum weekly target every week of

the year.
