The EMD of successfirl bidder will be retained till the cornpletion of work and shall be returnecl

after the paymeilt of flnal bill & deduction of security. The EMD of unsuccessful bidders shall be

returned after the final award of work.

In case one or ntore eligible bidders are fbuncl lowest that is the L-l prices are same then all L,-l

bidders will be asked to resubmit their bids in sealed envelop with the obiective to break the tiecases and determine a single L,- I bidder.

The works will be executed on Agreement/wolk order basis.

Institute reserves the riglrt to reject any quotation or all cluotation without prejuclice, assigning anyreason or giving any explanation
