The Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance filed a Petition for Liquidation ofNorthwestern National Insurance Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (NNIC) on May 1, 2019in Dane County Circuit Court. We anticipate Judge Niess to sign a Liquidation Order in thenext five (5) business days. Once the order is signed we will forward a copy to all states.

We have been working with the affected guaranty associations prior to this filing and theyare ready to take over once the order is signed.
