Dear Mr. Kazanjian, In response to your request, a review has been conducted of the above referenced properties. The information gathered was taken from
percolation test reports as well as from the site plan used in the approval of the subdivision “record linen.” Copies of the percolation test
reports for the lots in question are enclosed. The reports can be used to design the septic systems as per the “Prince George’s County
Septic System Design Manual.”
