    Selecting an ERP system is a critical business decision. Market share, brandawareness or functionality do not on their own guarantee an ideal selection.

    Market surveys can provide clarity and information from real users whenconsidering a new ERP provider. According to third-party studies, abas users

    Trovarit study: Comparing ERP software solutions

    The importance of ERP in midsize companies facing resource challengescannot be underestimated. How satisfied are users with their solutions andthe benefits their ERP systems provide? To answer these questions, Trovarit,

    together with their partners, performed their sixth study since 2004 to seeexactly how ERP systems are being used. The study brought to light details

    about which systems companies are actually implementing and exactly howsatisfied users are with the daily operation of these systems. The study was

    based on a survey conducted between the end of March and middle of July,2012. The survey included 2,518 companies. After a rigorous quality review, a

    total of 2,159 evaluations were used to determine the final ratings.

    i2s:Global ERP user satisfaction survey

    The first global ERP user satisfaction survey, carried out by i2s consultantsfrom Zurich asked 1,923 users from 17 countries how satisfied they were with

    their software. The ERP systems which had enough international responseswere included in the global survey.
