Complexe situaties vereisen slimme aanpak

1. Ontwikkel een visie op lange termijn, waarbij nationaal beleid stand houdt binnen de huidige en toekomstige internationale context

2. Moedig die investeringen aan die lange termijn doelstellingen realiseren, dus met de nodige zorg voor flexibiliteit binnen en buiten de landsgrenzen

3. Maak werk van een decentraal marktmodel en durf rollen van eenieder daarin ter discussie te stellen. Erken dat de markt op enkele jaren tijd grondig gewijzigd is, en durf concepten daaraan aan te passen.
