SMART kapp verrijkt de samenwerking van kleine groepen door de mogelijkheid om notities op een natuurlijke wijze vast te leggen. Deze notities kunnen digitaal worden gedeeld met de leider of met een grotere groep op mobiele telefoons of op het display in het midden. Alle notities kunnen continue gedeeld worden en in zijn geheel worden verzonden na afloop, zodat deelnemers zich kunnen focussen op de discussie en zelf geen notities over hoeven te nemen.
