www.austournet.com is an online platform which is managed by New World Holidays Pty, travel agents license 2TA08227.The original website provides services including Chinese tourist guide, booking flights, hotels, tickets and other special services. The challenge in this project is not only to maintain the original website but also to develop a new website for the large increase Chinese visitors. More importantly,new website needs to be extended and customized the functionality with contributed modules, and integrated into its web pages,some important characteristics of the new brand include family orientated, approachability and convenient to its audiences. The new online platform served to attract and introduce visitors discovering the beautiful country of Australia by creating a sense of authenticity, appeal and integrity.

ARWI engaged this project in 2006 to redesign its brand identity in response to a quickly changing market. The launch of ARWIN.COM website was design to attract and hold visitors by offering its exclusive customers with an informative, high-response generating EDM, newsletter publication and online campaign that is targeted towards mainly female audience. Successfully transform the new brand into a destination that offers a comfortable buying environment for its clients by providing day to day online shopping experience. The challenge was to produce a visual brand that would better appeal to target audiences, helping ARWIN more effectively differentiate itself from its well-established competitors. My involvement includes Web Site Design and Management, e-Commerce Strategies & Solution, Online Marketing, Online Promotions.

Helping to successfully launch and position goansahin’s health care products to worldwide.

Goansahin is a professional manufacturer of magnetic jewelry and health care products and the company operates several of items. In recent years, fashionable health preservation becomes a trend. Goansahin is the first to bring in titanium magnetic products, and the project is to help Goansahin successfully introduce and enter into foreign markets including Japan, Europe and USA. As one of our core offerings, design played a critical role in enabling us to represent the qualities of the brand through icons, graphics and images that were then applied to the various brand communication elements. The project concept was inspired by the Chinese philosophy- wu xing, which is essential for one's physical harmonizing and emotional wellbeing. Wu xing cycles are incorporated with the five elements —wood, water, fire, earth and metal. The advertising strategies are designed to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services. Our involvement includes a variety of tasks such as front-end development, copywriting, visual design, server setup, new products update and consistently web maintenance.

Another successful start-up, iS is a newly formed brand that is expertise in the antique jewelry trade in Taiwan. This website was established to create the ultimate platform to display and sell fine antique jewelry online.

iS is targeting the Asian region, with a focus on 75% females, mostly between the age of 36 - 54, with household income of $50-$75K, and have some college degree. Through our research and discovery process, we were able to identify the attributes that helped differentiate the new start-up from its established competitors. The design work engaged to launch the brand, create the both online and offline campaigns to promote many types of vintage jewelries to market. Our involvement includes created a visual language that has helped the business distinguish its products from competitors, by presenting an elegant and friendly online environment attracts jewelry lovers’ attentions, by showing value and performance attributes of iS’s products.
