• Old Liquors Invest is in staat, en zowel statutair als contractueel gerechtigd, alle noodzakelijke handelsactiviteiten zelfstandig voort te zetten.

Marktkenmerken

• Tot de markt rekenen wij oude en zeldzame gebottelde flessen met Cognac, Whisky, Armagnac, Port, Likeuren, Wijn en overige exclusieve oude dranken

• De markt van oude dranken is niet georganiseerd

• Niemand is grootschalig internationaal actief

• De markt kent grote regionale prijsverschillen

• Toetredingsdrempels: productkennis, marktkennis, logistieke kennis, automatisering en goed management.

Strategische uitgangspunten

• Alle zeldzame, oude en exclusieve alcoholische dranken worden minimaal vijf jaar of langer uit de markt gehouden.

• Benodigd 2016 – 2020 wereldwijd voor opkopen van alle zeldzame en oude dranken vraagt circa vijfentwintig miljoen euro.

• De noodzakelijke ondernemers- en managementkwaliteiten, product-en marktkennis, e-commerce focus, visie voor ontwikkeling van specifieke software en koppeling met bestaande software en kennis van logistiek en opslag van oude dranken is aanwezig

• Handelsvoorraad van veertien miljoen euro

Strategie

Old Liquors Invest gaat in de periode 2016 - 2020 voor circa vijfentwintig miljoen euro wereldwijd alle zeldzame en oude dranken uit de markt opkopen als investering en speculerend op een waardestijging.

Alle zeldzame, oude en exclusieve alcoholische dranken worden minimaal vijf jaar of langer uit de markt gehouden.

Old Liquors = Start-up

• Nauw samenwerking met investeerders en dan groeien naar dominante marktpositie

• Sterke aanwezigheid op Internet ontwikkeling van tools voor doelgroep

• Cloud Servers in Mountainview bij Microsoft (Lid Bizspark start-upprogramma)

• Ontwikkelen onze software zelf op basis van ASP.NET in C# en Nop-Commerce opensource

• Programmeursteam in India die onze prototypes omzet naar werkende code.

• Anders dan bij een start-up investeert u in assets

Werving investeerders

• Wij bieden een Obligatielening (via #crowdfunding maar ook als alternatief voor fondsbeleggen)

• Uitbreiding wervingsgebied naar heel Europa

• AFM toets prospectus (onbeperkte EU werving investeerders)
