GAP ANALYSES

Performing a gap analysis exercise at the initial stages of the project. This entails identification and determination the existing capacity and level of skills within the relevant departments. This will then be compared with the expected/targeted outputs.

TRAINING MANUALS

Developing a report with recommendations together with a tailor made training programme and materials/manuals.

WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS

Monthly workshops for management and staff with be conducted to enhance skills and knowledge. This also ensures that all relevant departments are well versed on the developments and progress of the implementation of the project.
