Bedrijfsbehoefte

Als groeiende onderneming verhuisde ZES naar een nieuwe kantoor en werd nagedacht over het opzetten van een moderne ICT infrastructuur.

Net-ICT werd aangesteld om de noden om te zetten naar een werkbare & efficiënte ICT oplossing.

Uit een analyse kwamen drie pijnpunten naar boven: De nood om de bestaande ICT te upgraden. Ten tweede was er nood aan een centrale server om data op te slaan met de nodige beveiliging en policies. Ten laatste was er nood aan beter communicatie - en samenwerkingsmiddelen, ook van buiten het kantoor.

Oplossing & Diensten

De nieuwe locatie werd voorzien van een vaste bekabelingen en werden er File - , Terminal - , Back-Up - , Print server en Active Directory opgezet. Zo ZES beschikt over een volledige ICT infrastructuur met de nodige beveiligingen en policies , zodat de data communicatie op een eenvoudige en veilige manier gebeurt.

Om de samenwerking en productiviteit te verbeteren werd gekozen voor Office 365 met Microsoft Lync & Remote web access, hierdoor kunnen de consultants ook van buitenaf gemakkelijk met elkaar communiceren.

Resultaat & VoordelenVolledige nieuwe stabiele ICT infrastructuur 2.0 waarbij Cloud oplossingen werden gekoppeld zoals: Private Cloud Server, Windows Intune, Office 365, Office pro plus. En extra diensten zoals: Remote management, Firewalls, monitoringsystemen, servers applicaties, Back-up & Security, Licentie beheer & ICT documentatie.

Door de overstap vallen de onderhoudskosten grotendeels weg. Gekoppeld met de maandelijkse betaling per gebruiker kunnen de kosten gemakkelijk worden berekend.

• Betere samenwerking: Met Infrastructuur 2,0 (private Cloud) beter communiceren en data delen, het samen werken en brainstormen eenvoudiger, ongeacht waar hun locatie en welk systeem.

Bedrijfsbehoefte

Sociare gaat volop voor cloud computing. Niet omdat cloud nu eenmaal in is tegenwoordig, wel omdat het goedkoper en gebruiksvriendelijker is, in beheer en onderhoud, sterk beveiligd, permanent beschikbaar en grenzeloze mogelijkheden biedt inzake mobiliteit.

Sociare beschikte over verouderde servers die zij voornamelijk gebruikten als Microsoft Exchange server, File server, Print server, DNS server en Active Directory maar deze werkten niet optimaal waardoor veel tijd en geld werd gespendeerd aan het onderhoud, beheer & backups.

Oplossing & Diensten

Toen Net-ICT, Sociare liet kennismaken met de Microsoft cloud diensten, waren ze vanaf de eerste minuut overtuigd dat dit was wat we nodig hadden. De exchange server werd vervangen door Office 365 en de file server door Windows Azure.

Resultaat & Voordelen

Binnen de 4 dagen waren alle werknemers vlekkeloos overgeschakeld naar Azure (Virtual Machine met Virtual Network) & Exchange Online, wat onbeschikbaarheid iets van het verleden maakt. Met Office 365 beschikt iedereen over grotere inboxen plus alle extra producten zoals Lync, Office web Apps op de laptops en tablets.

• Betere samenwerking: Microsoft Lync maakt met video conferenties, instant messaging en delen van desktops, het samen werken en brainstormen eenvoudiger, ongeacht waar hun locatie.

• Vereenvoudigde ICT: Geen zorgen meer over het aantal licenties van je gebruikers, deze zitten telkens in de maandelijkse kosten.

• Grotere Flexibiliteit: Opzetten van nieuwe accounts voor nieuwe werknemers kunnen snel en eenvoudig worden opgezet. Bovendien kunnen alle werknemers altijd en overal hun e-mails en data opvragen, ook als ze thuis werken.

Bedrijfsbehoefte

Wegens veranderingen het datacenter van hun gehoste emails, werd de gemeente Merchtem verplicht om hun volledig mailsysteem aan te passen.

Oplossing & Diensten

Net-ICT stelde voor de hosted exchange te vervangen en gemigreerd naar Online Exchange, gekoppeld met een lokale Active Directory server.

Resultaat & Voordelen

Gemeente Merchtem veegt als overheid vastberaden alle IT-zorgen van de baan door te kiezen voor een e-mailomgeving in de cloud.

Alle gebruikers, aliassen, kalenders, distributiegroepen en resources van de Gemeente Merchtem werden vlekkeloos gemigreerd naar Microsoft Exchange Online email.

Door de koppeling met een lokale Active Directory server werden
