Hedendaagse mogelijkheden van computertekenen en 3d-printen speelden een belangrijke rol in het ontwerp van de complexe decoratie in de In the Clouds kopjes.

De grafische decoratie is geïnspireerd op de wolkenluchten die vaak een onopvallend onderdeel zijn van de decoratie op zowel oud-Hollands Delfts blauw als op Aziatisch porselein.Silhouetten van vogels of vliegtuigen tussen de wolken, voegen een hedendaagse twist toe aan een klassiek thema.

Alle In the Clouds koppen worden met liefde handgemaakt in onze studio.

De kopjes zijn beschikbaar in wit, lichtgrijs en lichtblauw en zijn afgewerkt met een glazuurlaag.

Contemporary possibilities of computer aided design and 3d-printing played a major role in the design of the intricate decoration imprinted in the In the Clouds cups.

The graphic image on the cups is derived from the skiescapes that are often an inconspicuous part of the decoration on both Dutch Delftware as well as Asian porcelain.Silhouettes of birds or airplanes flying in between the clouds add a contemporary twist to the classic theme.

All In the Clouds cups are handmade with care in our studio in the Netherlands

The cups are available in white, light grey and light blue and have a glazed finish.
