: Indian Income Tax and Rules will be applicable.

:  AOCA registration fee for 2016-17 is compulsory for all Odishaparticipants. The registration fee of ` 150/- will be accepted at the venue for the convenience ofthe players.

: AICF registration fee for 2016-17 is compulsory for all Indian participants.The registration fee of ` 250/- will be accepted at the venue for the convenience of the players.

: If any is to be given in writing within 15 minutes of the occurence, with a fee of ` 1,000/-which will be refunded if the protest is upheld by the protest committee.

 : The Weather in Bhubaneswar during the month of May is expected to be Hot. Theminimum / maximum temperature will be around 35/40 Degree Celsius.

 All IMs and WGMs will be provided accommodation at KiiT International School Hostelon twin sharing basis. All other participants will be provided accommodation at KiiTInternational School Hostel on triple sharing basis. Accompany person will have to pay `  6000

for accommodation and food at KiiT International School HostelRooms.

: A/C hostel room accommodation is based on first intimation (E-Mail) first servebasis on priority. Afterwards we will be providing Non A/C Hostel Room.
