The Annual General Meeting of Shareholder 2017 shall conduct the election for the additionalmember of the BaM for the term 2015 - 2020 in order to continually perform management andinspection in the operation of the Company.

A shareholder or group of shareholders of AAA Assurance Corporation that hold at least10% of the total shares for a consecutive period of six months or more till now (hereinaftercalled -Major Shareholde") is entitled to nominate the candidates for BaM term 2015 -2020 according to the laws and Company Charter as follows:

EaCh Major Shareholder is entitled to nominate a number of members of BaM equivafent tothe number of percentage points of their Shareholding percentage divided by ten, takingonly the integer result and not any numbers right of the decimal point. For the avoidance ofdoubt, fractions in the number of BoM members are to be disregarded in this calculation.
