Over het samenwerken in SL of andere innovatieve projecten zijn er twee soorten mensen:

1. “those who look through technology...and are streching themselves out to touch the goal and

2. those who want it NOW...and go bah..without even living and breathing in virtual environments, understand and see thru...the little glitches”

“It's the first ones that will decide how far developments will go in virtual environments like Second Life.

Expect technologists with the right mind set are going to "run the world" and the rest will follow”

Enkele observaties• Bibliotheken alleen in SL werkt niet• Samenwerken lokaal, regionaal en

landelijk kan!• Maar internationaal, wereldwijd ligt

meer voor de hand• Locatie is wel degelijk belangrijk!• Extra dimensie aan communicatie

(o.a. chat&IM tegelijk )• Vrijwillig karakter & afspraken

En toch!

• Visueel & Communities • Web3D ontwikkeling : • “the All-in-One” experience• Gaming & leren & training• Sociaal• Samenwerking• Geen grenzen
